Axcel photonics, inc. Is an optical component company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of high power diode lasers. Axcel photonics manufactures a variety of single-mode and multi-mode high-power semiconductor lasers for wavelengths between 780 nm and 1070 nm, ranging in power output from 100mw to 25w. Our product lines include single-mode pump lasers for telecom applications and multimode lasers for solid-state laser pumping, medical, imaging, and spectroscopy applications. The lasers are available as chips, chips on submount, and packaged modules.

Axcel's manufacturing facility boasts a state-of-the-art mocvd reactor and a fully functional gaas and inp fabrication process line. Characterization equipment includes field emission sem, xrd, polaron, pl mapping, and ellipsometer. The facility is staffed with some of the world's leading experts in optoelectronic component design and production.
